Health is broadly
categorized into two types - Physical and
Mental health. Spiritual, emotional, social and occupational are also some
dimensions to judge someone’s health .
Health is of utmost
importance in everyone's life. Health is wealth and is more important than
money. Having good health is a synonym for being physically and mentally fit.
We should not ignore our health, and always stay alert in case we feel uneasy.
Spiritual, emotional, and
financial well-being all play a role in overall health. Medical professionals
have linked these to reducing stress and improving the mental and physical
well-being of a person.
Physical and mental
well-being starts with access to fresh
air and water, nutritious food, and a stable home. People also need healthy relationships — with
freedom to express their gender and sexuality — and a life free from violence,
injury, and toxic stress.
